MARMOTOUR, SAS de CV (hereinafter “MARMOTOUR”), with address at Insurgentes sur 3493, Colonia Villa Olímpica, Alcaldía Tlalpan, CP 14020, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

- RFC and CURP

- Employment and contact information at the hiring company

In exceptional cases, MARMOTOUR may collect sensitive personal data, such as relevant medical information (for example, disabilities to provide accessible transportation). This data will be processed under strict security and confidentiality measures.
III. Purposes of the treatment
The primary purposes of the treatment are:
- Provide personnel transportation services in accordance with the contracts entered into.
- Verify the identity of the account holder for the secure provision of the service.
- Manage payments, billing and collections.
- To attend to requests from competent authorities in compliance with legal obligations.
Secondary purposes (require express consent):
- Sending promotions, quality surveys or commercial information related to our services.
- Posting images or testimonials on social media or advertising materials.

IV. Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of data
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you can send a request to the personal data protection area via email: hola@marmotour.mx, indicating your desire to be included in the exclusion list.
V. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
You or your legal representative may exercise your ARCO rights at any time by submitting a request that must contain:
- Name of the holder
- Address or other means to receive notifications
- Documents that prove identity or legal representation
- Clear description of the data regarding which you wish to exercise the right

- Competent authorities in compliance with legal provisions
MARMOTOUR undertakes that transfers will only be made when necessary for the fulfillment of a legal relationship, and in accordance with the provisions of articles 35 and 36 of the LFPDPPP.
